Recipe: Salsa


Everything tastes better when it’s homemade, especially when it’s easy to make! Whip up some fresh salsa to enjoy during football games tomorrow, here’s a great, easy recipe:

1 container organic grape tomatoes
1 large clove garlic, chopped
1 lime, juiced
¼-½ onion, chopped
½ bell pepper, chopped
¼ cup fresh cilantro leaves
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cumin
Dash cayenne pepper (optional, if you like spicy)

– In a food processor (or blender), add the bell pepper, onion, lime juice, garlic, salt, and cumin, then pulse 3-5 times.

– Next, add the tomatoes and cilantro and pulse 4-6 more times, until well combined. Make ahead of time if you can, best served cold!
